Why you will be chunky and lonely in 2013

Most of us are waking up this January morning, chugging water and promising ourselves that 2013 will finally be the year of change. YAAYYYYY!

You WILL finally lose 10 pounds.

You WILL finally get a girlfriend.

But lemme tell yah one thing about setting goals, 92% of them are meaningless and ineffective*.

Why?

Most goals are far too outcome driven. Losing 10 pounds is just an end result. Getting the girlfriend is a just perceived destination.

Sure, it is important to have a vision of your desired accomplishment, but you need to realize that a vision without consistent behavior is just an idea.

For example, I have been overweight pretty much my entire life. But this month is the first time that I can confidently say that I am not chunky.

Fat-dam (Fat Adam) is now dead.

How?

Simple. I set a behavioral goal at the beginning of 2012 to go to crossfit 4 days per week and eat a strict Paleo diet every day except Sundays. I did not step on the scale every morning hoping to lose my “10 pounds”.

My vision of being physically fit did nothing for me over the past 15 years of trying to lose weight – but my 2012 consistent behavioral goal did. I stuck to my behavior and am now loving the outcome.

So let’s talk about how this relates to dating.

Now, if you want to finally get a girlfriend this year, I want you to ONLY focus on your behaviors.

Learn to be more objective about your social behaviors and I assure you that your desired outcome will happen.

  • Are you going out enough nights per week?
  • Are you approaching enough women every night you go out?
  • Are you using Adam’s direct approach when you meet women during the day?
  • Are you doing enough warm up exercises before you go out and socialize?
  • Are you going on enough dates?

Lastly, the reason why I was so successful at losing weight is because my strategy was the RIGHT strategy. Crossfit exercising and the Paleo diet combined together is unbelievably effective..

Same goes with your dating life. You could approach 1,000 women this year but if you’re not doing it correctly you may get NO results.

Luckily, I’ve approached well over 3,000 women and have read everything known to man about approaching and dating women.
